About this opportunity

She/he will closely work with GSC, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, requestors and brokers to fulfill all demand and assure on-time delivery of materials, equipment, parts and products. 

In this role, you will…

? Assist to setup, plan and manage transportation and distribution system, to ensure transportation and 

distribution solutions meet the development and compliance of the company.

? Carry out all activities in a manner that will contribute to the achievement of individual and team KPIs. 

? Drive logistics operations to secure plan feasibility and realization, as well as continuous improvements on 

efficiency.

? Coordinate internal/external stakeholders to ensure goods on-time arrival.

? Plan right transportation mode against business requirement, with good control of cost. 

? Responsible for logistics carrier introduction, evaluation, assessment, settlement and other work.

? Track and report for each shipment daily, and timely risks identifying and problem-shooting.

? Classify, record and archive all proper paperwork is in place for all inbound/outbound shipments.

? Responsible for transportation budget/cost, periodic summary and analysis of logistics costs.

? Check and report billings of logistics.

? Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

? Perform any special duties/projects as assigned by the management.

In this role, you’ll need …

 ? College degree or equivalent preferably business, SCM or logistics, with 5 years related experience.

 ? Familiar with international trade, transportation mode of sea, land, air, railway and Customs operations

 ? Fluent in both written and oral English

 ? Strong data collection skills and analytical ability

 ? Excellent communication, ability to influence and impact skills

 ? Experience of Logistics projects are a plus
