Summary

You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to candidates through various innovative sourcing methods, creative campaigns, onsite events, and other networking platforms and telling our story. Speed is key in this role, but most important is driving world-class candidate experience through our process. Our recruiters are respected business partners, and being able to influence and function as an expert advisor in this role is critical.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

As one of the expert recruiters, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle of the candidate experience.

Genuine interest in matching great talent with this exceptional company

Capability to build strategic pipelines of talent for all business groups at Align

Create a positive memorable experiences for each and every candidate by always going the extra mile and ensuring regular communication

Ability to function as a talent advisor, and expert in finding and assessing great talent

Establish and handle University recruitment program.

Creating fun and interactive onsite and offsite events and campaigns

Efficiency in process, overcoming obstacles and bottlenecks to allow us to be competitive in the marketplace

Need to collaborate and share tips and tricks with your recruiting peers around the globe

Being a brand champion on all platforms, consistently sharing our opportunities and telling our story

Call, recruit, and source for all assigned positions both full-time and contracts

Work with cross functional teams, global and off site peers

Perform intake meetings with managers and build a strategy of find the best candidates

Requirements:

At least 7 years of recruiting experience in either agency or corporate recruitment environment (both are ideal)

BS degree or equivalent years of work experience

Proficiency in the English language (both verbal and written) is required

Recruiters with recruitment experience in the Manufacturing sector will be an added advantage. 

Self-motivated and driven

A true creative mind for networking

Experience with local job portals, Workday (HRIS) and Jobvite (Applicant Tracking System)
