职位描述
人力资源经理/HR BP Manager
工作职责：
- 依据集团发展战略，协助人力分管负责人组织制定人力资源战略规划；
- 与业务部门搭档，了解业务战略并促进人力资源战略在业务部门的有效规划和实施；
- 通过建立机制协助发展中的部门的组织保障， 包括招聘、培训、绩效、员工关系等人力资源工作；
- 根据公司战略和人力发展规划，提出机构设置、岗位设置与人员配备方案，筹划并实施人才储备及梯队建设；
- 参与公司人事决策，组织制定人力资源管理规范并负责具体实施落实；
- 负责实施招聘、培训、薪酬、绩效等人力各项工作并落实；
- 对人力资源重大突发事件及时提出应对方案并进行处理；
- 在业务部门内推动公司层面的变革，负责完善业务部门人力资源的制度、流程、体系；提升人力资源运作效率。
职位要求：
- 大专以上学历，5年以上HR从业经验,有BP经验者优先考虑；
- 熟悉人力资源各模块整体管控，丰富的管理经验和优秀管理能力；
- 熟悉掌握人力资源各项管理工具、技术和资源，对人力资源管理各模块有较为完整的理解和实践；
- 具有工作主动性，能在压力下工作，具备极强的责任心和原则性，良好的人际沟通及协调能力，良好的学习能力；
- 具备出色的沟通及跨部门合作能力；
- 工作积极主动，有创新和逆向思维能力；
- 性格外向，有良好的职业道德和职业操守；
- 电脑操作熟练，英语熟练优先。
