1. Responsible for designing, developing and administering company's compensation & benefits policies and programs in line with the Company's C&B Strategy;
2. Establish, execute and develop Compensation and Benefits programs in order to provide an effective and efficient kit to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage;
3. Develop C&B policies, procedures and guidelines. Monitor its effectiveness and efficiency;
4. Responsible for staff payroll and the on-time payout and the accuracy on all pay items;
5. Responsible for other C&B projects assigned by HR manager;
6. Other tasks assigned by HR manager.

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR management or relative field;
2. At least 5 years of the experience in HR and 2 years of HR Sr. professional experiences;
3. Have a good operating skill in Word, Excel and PowerPoint usage;
4. Good command of English both in verbal and written;
5. High sense of confidentiality, responsibility and the accountability;
6. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
7. Familiar with the laws/regulations and prevalence international practices.
