Senior Purchasing Supervisor/高级采购主管(制造业背景优先考虑)

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the purchasing team, keep raw material stable supply & control reasonable inventory via under corporate purchasing strategy;

2. Conduct yearly purchasing spending & cost saving activities with quarterly review & renewing;

3. Conduct daily Purchasing activities such as RFQ & PO control etc;

4. New project / NPI follow-up & obsolete/excess material control;

5. Responsible for local material sourcing & purchasing；

6. Cost saving project driving & follow-up;

7. Urgent PR / urgent material shortage handling;

8. Regular price review & benchmark;

9. Conduct purchasing Sox control / audit;

10. Local owner of P2P( Purchasing to Pay ) process

11. Strengthen strategic vendor grown-up to meet company saving target;

Qualifications:

1. Degree holder in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management/Business/Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.

2. Excellent Computing and analytical skills - effective way to handle mass data and presentation

3. Excellent engineering, IT and Finance sense

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skill

5. Excellent Legal's sense as we need to renew or make a new contract

6. Excellent written and verbal skill in English and Chinese

7. Can work independently and under pressure, cheerful and proactive

8. High working efficiency, responsible and Flexible

9. Detail oriented, high professional integrity
