营销培训经理Training Manager-保险/直销/微商行业优先

工作职责：

1. 修改和完善培训相关制度、流程，建立培训需求体系；
2. 制订并监控实施培训工作计划，控制预算费用，确保部门目标的实现；
3. 根据公司营销系统工作目标与经营计划，制定课程开发的方向与主题，组织课程开发计划的制订，确保培训方向与营销目标的一致性；
4. 组织实施培训，监控培训过程，评估培训效果，组织培训考核；
5. 组织对师资的课程开发、现场授课等全过程进行跟进，并提出改善建议与意见，确保师资队伍的质量；
6. 根据公司内部培训师体系建设方案与实施计划，协助完成体系的建立，拓展培训渠道和资源，评估外部培训机构及师资。

职位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、管理学等相关专业毕业；
2. 五年培训行业工作经验，三年同岗位或相关工作经验；
3. 熟悉培训工作流程，有产品营销培训经验者优先；
4. 具备较丰富的培训活动策划、实施、监控经验，能掌握培训效果的评估方法；
5. 有较强的组织、协调能力，有敏锐的市场洞察力，对培训工作有高度热情，责任心强，有团队合作精神。
