职位描述
企业品牌设计主管—VI/视觉形象
工作职责：
1、负责制定和审核品牌VI系统规范、建立公司VI体系及品牌视觉风格调性规范；
2、负责公司产品视觉包装设计、产品整体形象设计等；
3、拥有较强的作品成案能力与最终提案沟通汇报能力，独立完成品牌设计工作；
4、负责品牌和视觉传达的创意、设计、延展，确保品牌体系创意的完整性和可实施落地。

职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，设计、艺术或相关专业；
2、3年以上相关工作经验，有大型企业及市场品牌设计经验优先；
3、有良好的创意设计能力及美术功底，色彩感强，具有丰富的视觉创作经验；
4、精通熟练使用Photoshop，AI等常用设计软件，对图片视觉效果有良好认识；
5、有良好的时间把控意识，工作责任感强，善于沟通，具有良好的职业素质和团队合作精神。

3、有良好的创意设计能力及美术功底，色彩感强，具有丰富的视觉创作经验；
