工作职责：

1. 负责项目整体产品品牌化视觉设计：品牌整体VI的规划及品牌露出设计：网站、DM、POP、形象及促销广告、新媒体图像、产品包装等物料的创意设计；
2. 根据项目发展提供线上线下相关设计方案，产品拍摄方案；
3. 结合电商业务店铺商业需求，负责专题活动推广设计，和产品页面的相关视觉设计；
4. 理解业务线推广运营策略，梳理页面信息布局，完成主题创意策划，设定视觉风格，制作原创素材；
5. 评估和研究视觉设计成果对店铺销售的影响，提出视觉优化方案；
6. 关注行业设计动态与发展方向，准确把握公司设计风格，控制相关创意工作的出品质量，带领团队完成优秀的设计作品；
7. 帮助团队成长，提升团队专业方面的***创意能力及创意效率；

任职要求：

1. 设计相关专业毕业，有3年以上平面设计及视觉设计经验，4A广告公司及大型企业从业经验者优先；
2. 熟练掌握各类图像编辑软件：Photoshop、AI、DW、AI，Sketch等设计软件，深厚的美学功底，熟悉创意、设计、制作等环节；
3. 具有丰富的想象力与创新力，良好的色彩感悟力，较强的洞察力和沟通能力，有自己独特的创意风格和观点，能独立高效完成可执行的创意设计方案； 
4. 具有专业的视觉设计能力,注重细节和设计品质，并能阐述具有说服力的设计理论。
5. 工作细心、责任心强，能独立担当设计工作，适应工作中的变化，并保持乐观精神。
6. 善于和团队成员交流,具备一定的沟通技巧。
