1. 根据公司战略，制定品牌规划及实施策略；
2. 主导制定公司相关品牌的推广、媒介传播计划并参与执行、监控传播效果；
3. 完善公司相关品牌的定位，并规范品牌的视觉识别系统；
4. 制定年度的渠道策略.品牌推广及产品促销计划并对执行情况进行评估；
5. 能有效协调、调动相关公关传播、活动运营及媒体合作部门进行相关产品的整合营销
6. 负责新品牌.新产品的上市工作；

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销类相关专业毕业；
2. 5年以上快消行业的品牌、市场经验；
3. 能够独立推进品牌管理体系的搭建和执行工作；
4. 有创意管理经验，有和外协公司合作的相关经验，能有效产出高标准的创意作品；
5. 了解各种广告媒介并能做好投放规划；
6. 有良好的规划能力、沟通能力、组织能力和创新意识，有良好的团队协作意识；
7. 有良好的策划能力，文字驾驭能力和执行能力。
