北京招聘

1. 根据公司品牌发展战略，制定品牌形象策略；
2. 管理维护品牌VI形象、VI升级创意，根据品牌定位把控平面广告、陈列形象，物料设计及品牌手册等形象设计，确保输出内容符合品牌调性；
3. 负责电商品牌形象管理，综合电商需求以及品牌调性，策划电商版式，提升消费者对品牌及产品的认知； 
4. 审核产品包装设计方案，统一规划不同系列产品包装，传达品牌统一风格并提升品牌调性，整合相关资源；
5. 协同负责产品策略规划及上市推广工作，参与店铺形象、渠道推广、媒介关系、IP合作等工作。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，有5年以上快消行业品牌管理工作经验；
2. 熟悉品牌策划、品牌形象管理，具备系统的品牌规划和管理能力，擅长品牌推广；
3. 熟悉各种媒体渠道的传播方式及运用；
4. 团队管理能力强，有优秀的整体规划能力及项目落地能力；
5. 具备美学审美基础，懂一定的设计或有广告公司策划经验优先。
