岗位概述：

领导和组织公司新产品开发、新技术引进应用和管理工作，确保公司产品市场投放的可行性,质量与安全性。

岗位职责：

1. 组织分析、整理产品市场信息，进行新产品的研发(含:成分配比与分析,配方实践,产品说明,销售对接,工艺指导等全程工作).
2. 负责组织产品开发立项、变更、确认事项,新产品、新技术等的备案,专利申请工作
3. 负责试验室结果保存,产品小试、中试、车间试生产过程中的技术输出,异常情况处理,参与工艺文件制定，协助工艺调整，保证产品品质稳定，及时输出标准化的技术文档。
4. 跟踪和掌握同类技术发展趋势，市场和消费者需求变化,开展技术交流与合作,技术革新及原料更替，不断完善老产品性能和提出新的配方项目.
5. 协助采购部寻找新原料及供应商，负责了解新原料供应商的资质和新原料启用
6. 配合销售提炼产品特点和卖点,参与产品说明书和策划方案制作.
7. 全面负责团队人员考核,任免,培训与日常管理,对团队人员和行政结果负责.

任职要求：

1. 职称/资格证书：高级研发工程师
2. 培训经历:接受过相关化妆品研发的系统培训。
3. 工作经验:8年以上化妆品研发经验，3年以上同职管理经验.
4. 技能技巧: 具有优秀的沟通能力、组织协调能力、判断和决策能力；善于学习和钻研，领悟能力强，了解本行业产品和技术发展现状；熟悉国内外同类产品市场需求；掌握国内外新技术、新工艺、新原料的发展状况。
