Responsibilities:

1. Brand positioning in , promotion planning and marketing strategy.
2. Make proactive actions to manage, reinforce and improve the brand awareness and reputation based on the survey results
3. Responsible for product launch, product management including product positioning, pricing, promotion, channel management etc. Responsible for monthly forecast and stock management.
4. Business development, sales channels development.
5. Co-op with other departments to ensure marketing activities execution results, e.g. road-show, fairs, promotions etc
6. Ensure the activities to be efficient and effective
7. Monitoring the brand health

Requirements:

1. Good at brand positioning, promotion and marketing strategy.
2. 5 years above experience in marketing, experienced in brand management, preferably for FMCG, industrial products or in Food , cosmetics  industry.
3. Creative, inquisitive and accountable.
4. Good communication, leadership skills and team spirit.
5. Strategic and structural thinking, problem-solving oriented.
6. 6.Good English skills (written/oral), preferably CET6 or above
