工作职责：

1. 领导工艺部及设备工程部管理自动化生产线的产品工艺及设备工艺；
2. 主导确保工艺设计符合安全、质量和可靠性要求，并达成降低成本目标；
3. 协助研发部门进行新产品开发和工业化生产；
4. 负责新设备的引进及产品工序的改良；
5. 协助其他部门进行客诉调查和分析；
6. 完成上级交付的其他任务。

任职要求：

1. 机械自动化或电气相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 5年及以上制造业相关行业经验，有非标自动化设备改造经验优先；
3. 良好的中英文沟通能力；
4. 具备良好的领导能力；
5. 关注质量和改进，能适应工厂工作环境。
