Talent Acquisition Specialist/招聘专家（内部猎头顾问）

工作职责：

1. 负责集团总部及海外供应链高端管理人才的挖猎工作；
2. 在人才需求领域给予用人部门专业意见，并提供全方位的招聘服务；
3. 就关键性岗位与决策层沟通，分析人才发展规划，了解实际需求，制定可实施的解决方案；
4. 实施或在指导实施关键人才寻访，管理外部猎头渠道，并负责跟进面试、背景调查、入职事项，确保关键人才的成功引进。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，至少3年以上招聘经验，资深猎头顾问优先考虑；
2. 熟悉供应链人才及海外人才招聘招聘关键点，了解供应链各领域人才需求；
3. 沟通协调能力强，具备相关行业敏感度；
4. 能吃苦耐劳，责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。
5. 计算机熟练,有英语基础优先。
