职位描述
Position Summary:
- Provide analytical and intellectual support to senior management to make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation, sales territory alignment and target setting, and motivational programs.
- Advice on potential performance issues based on diagnostic findings and offer recommendations on improvement actions plans. Define and implement processes and policies to help sales force improve their productivity, motivation and performance level.
- CRM and other BI system management in Teva China.
Responsibilities:
Key SFE tasks 50%
- Responsible for target hospital scoping, territory alignment , sales force sizing and deployment, sales target setting and cascading.
- Responsible SFE initiatives from Global and local management to enhance SFE capability to support business strategy.
- Set up Sales Incentive and reward program plan via cooperation with national sales manager, including regular and special incentive scheme design/refinement, target payout simulation, quarterly payout calculation and confirmation, payout analysis and insight for business.
- Set Up CRM system for Teva China ; Manage and improve CRM system.
Key data Report / BI platform management 30%
- Master data / sales data management / DDI reporting systems management , including customer profiling, segmentation & targeting, CRM system management and KPI calculation/reporting, sales force automation requirement implementation.
- Manage Business Intelligence platform, including training, system administration, monitoring and analysis by collaborating with commercial IT.
- Develop routine KPI tracking reports and ad-hoc analysis reports, e.g., monthly in-market sales, patient recruitment
Provide analytical and intellectual support to senior management to make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation. 20%
- Perform analysis to understand business fundamental and identify potential issues / opportunities
- Actively work with sales team to identify methods to improve sales effectiveness, develop action plans and monitor implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 5+ years working experience in healthcare industry, with exposure to both sales and SFE roles
- Good interpersonal skills and work well as a team player
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid business acumen, and understand the "so-what" behind numbers
- Responsible and diligent
- Proficient with OA tools such as Excel
- Be familiar with data management system (CDC,DMS,MDM,JMDB) is preferred
- Training and/or project management experience will be a plus
- Fluent English in both written and oral
