Position Summary:

• Provide logistic support for sales team daily work.
• Coordinate and support sales team for activity approval internally process.
• Provide line manager for business report / data management.
• Organize management conference / internal review meeting and other internal project for sales team.

• Organize and arrange the daily sales team affairs.
• Internal system management support to national sales manager.
• Coordinate and support sales team for activity application and expense report / payment process.
• Ensure business resource utilize reasonable and record accordingly for sales team.
• Creates reports and performs analyses from daily business data.
• Organize management conference / internal teambuilding program for sales team.
• Help to do the statistics and analysis of the admin expenses.
• Provide the back-up admin support to director and company's activities as requested.
• Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

                                

• At least 3 years relevant working experience in MNCs
• Highly proficient in complex calendaring, travel, Word, Excel, Google, share folders and ideally PowerPoint
• Bachelor degree preferably with the major of administration/ BS
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English
• Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
• A core understanding of business operations is essential.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus, attention to detail and positive attitude
• Excellent time management & organizational skills with proven ability to work independently & proactively
• Open minded and good communication skill
• Willing to undertake responsibility actively
