Job description:

1. Ensure proper and appropriate planning of deliveries to end customers and to partners from the warehouses takes place in good time and with agreement from sales and logistics sides.
2. Develop and confirm Service Level with sales and ensure they are in alignment with other DKSH warehouse & logistics operations in the country as well as with competitors'.
3. Measure and monitor service performance using agreed KPI's that have been aligned across the business, develop additional KPI's as required to improve service performance.
4. Ensure sufficient resources in terms of staff, equipment and facilities is in place in order meet target set out in the Service Level Agreement.
5. Develop a budget and control costs of logistics operations to within the budget, escalate any cost risks to top management in good time.
6. Develop customer service processes in order to identify performance problems early and communicate to related parties any performance issues in good time with solutions.
7. Escalate any performance issues as appropriate to top management and seek support for repeating issues or serious issues for which no clear or consistent solutions can be found.

Job requirement:

1. Be familiar with SAP system or WMS.
2. Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics or Transport engineering.
3. Significant experience of managing Operation Projects.
4. Minimum five years related experience in progressively responsible roles.
5. In depth knowledge of transportation, and operations.
6. Comprehensive knowledge on HSSE rules and regulations.
7. Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people from multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
8. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees and customers.
9. Act as Problem solver when facing different obstacle.
10. Basic people management skills;
