• Perform protein expression and purification in multiple expression systems 蛋白质表达和纯化

• Characterizing protein or protein-compound interactions by biophysical technologies such as ITC, Biacore, MST, light scattering and thermal shift assays 通过生物物理技术（例如ITC，Biacore，MST，光散射和热位移分析）表征蛋白质或蛋白质-化合物的相互作用；

• Support PDB group with crystallization screening/optimization of protein and protein-compound complex to facilitate drug discovery program. 支持PDB小组进行蛋白质和蛋白质-化合物复合物的结晶筛选/优化，以促进新药物发现；

• Evaluate and learn new assay technologies in drug discovery with the direction of supervisors

  在组内导师的指导下评估和学习药物发现中的新测定技术；

• Maintain an accurate and record all necessary information

  维护并准确记录所有必要的实验信息；

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and comply with relevant SOPs

  维护安全有序的工作环境并遵守相关的安全守则；

• Biweekly report of experimental data and progress to group leader

  每两周向实验组长报告实验数据和进度；

   

Candidates 候选人背景要求

• A BS in biology, biochemistry, biophysics, molecular biology or related fields
  生物相关专业本科及以上

• Fresh graduate is acceptable

  应届生亦可申请

• Ability to understand recombinant protein purification, biophysical assays and there relevance to the drug targets of interest.

  了解重组蛋白的纯化，生物物理测定以及与目标药物靶标的相关性；

• The ability to understand the design and to learn/perform protein crystallization experiments is a plus

  了解设计和学习/进行蛋白质结晶实验的能力者优先

• Flexibility reporting to different supervisors to accommodate project needs

  能够适应多项目汇报的体系；

• MS Office computer skill is a plus

  具备MS Office计算机技能者优先；

• Good communication skills as well as an ability to work in a multi-function team
  良好的沟通能力以及团队协同工作的能力
