Principle Responsibilities 主要职责

• Participate in assays to support focused diseases drug discovery 支持参与重点疾病药物的发现；

• Perform compound profiling screen 进行化合物的分析；

• Maintain an accurate and record all necessary information 维护并准确记录所有必要的实验信息；

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment and comply with relevant SOPs 维护安全有序的工作环境并遵守相关的安全守则；

• Evaluate and learn new assay technologies in drug discovery with the direction of supervisors 在项目组主管和老师的指导下评估和学习药物发现中的新测定技术；

   

Candidates 候选人背景要求

• A BS in biology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology or related fields

  生物专业相关本科及以上学历

• Fresh graduate is acceptable

  应届生亦可申请

• Ability to understand assays and relevance to the drug targets of interest.

  了解检测方法以及目标药物靶标的相关性

• The ability to understand the design and to perform different type of assays

  有设计并执行不同类型化验的能力

• Basic understanding of biochemical, and cell-based assays

  对生物化学和细胞分析有一定了解

• Willingness and capable of working under BSL2 environment 

  能够在生物安全二级BSL2实验室环境下工作；

• Work schedule flexibility to accommodate the cell biology experimental constrains

  能够适应灵活的工作时间来满足相应实验的需求

• Flexibility reporting to different supervisors to accommodate HTS needs

  能够适应并支持多项目的需求

• MS Office computer skill is a plus

  熟悉MS Office系统操作
