General Summary/Scope 基本描述

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Customer Service activities and ensuring the company delivers the highest level of customer service possible; responsible for coordinating activities between customer and Maag’s service and after sales activities; coordinate complaint analysis and improvements on products, processes, and the overall customer experience


Major Responsibilities/Duties 工作职责

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service support

  

Drive communication exchange between customer service, after sales, operations, quality control, and product management departments

  

Assist Manager to conduct customer complaint analysis and coordinate actions with responsible departments to solve customer complaints in a timely manner

  

Responsible for all customer complaint registration and take the lead to investigate and resolve the complaint with team

  

Request customers to provide feedback on process and services and develop processes to improve in those areas

  

Assist manager to establishing accurate prioritization of work to provide timely answers to all customers

  

Participate and organize internal or external problem solving events and training seminars

  

Establish and maintain the customer complaint troubleshooting system

  

Establish and maintain the customer big data system

  

Other duties as assigned


Key Requirements 主要要求

教育背景: Bachelor degree in Technical discipline (Mechanical engineering is preferred)

    

Experience 经验: At least 5 years experience in machine or manufacturing industry preferred

  

Language skills语言: Native Chinese & Conversational English skills required

  

Computer skills 电脑: Excel & Word, PPT
