What are my responsibilities?
- Analyze tender document clause by clause for RAMS chapter and prepare the bidding document accordingly in terms of propulsion supply scope.
- Assist offshore RAMS engineers for clarification of unclear tender clause and prepare relevant information they needed for calculation.
- Creation of the reliability model and allocation of RAM target, MTBF, MDBF, MTTR and so on;
- Creation of Hazard Log
- Creation of Safety Studies
- Collecting System Data
- Collecting possible Hazards
- Risk Ranking
- Preparing of documentation
- Subsystem-Hazard Analysis with FMEA (failure mode effect analysis) and Risk Ranking
- Propulsion and electrical braking system
- Auxiliary power system
- Train control and diagnosis system
- Investigation of Safety
- Support of concept system assurance plan
- Calculation and Classification of Risk
- RAM Prediction with LCC
- Creation of PM Tables (PM = preventive maintenance)
- Creation of CM Tables (CM = corrective maintenance)
- RAMS demonstration with customer for the final result
- Performs reliability & availability analysis and identify opportunities to improve process analyzer performance related to quality, cost and reliability.
- Provide analyzer engineering design and specifications to support R&D, procurement, and construction activities for projects
- Develop standards and practices of process analyzer and support sites training to improve analyzer operation and maintenance performance
- Assists the sites in analysis and optimization of spare parts stocking strategies with the objective of optimizing availability

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality and Reliability Engineering.
- 2 years and above RAM experience in railway industry is preferred.
- Good oral and written English skills
