负责物流相关工作

Responsible for logistic related work

3. 主要工作/Main Activities

• 负责半成品业务相关物流工作，确保物流配送安全、准确、准时，快捷的满足客户需要
• 完成货运所需的所有相关证书或特别批件的办理和及时更新
• 有效而精确地记录每一笔货运的数据，妥善地保存全部相关单证
• 处理货损问题，包括同货代协商货损赔偿，处理相关客户投诉及退换货

• Manage B2B business related logistic work to ensure the safety, accuracy and punctuality of logistics distribution, and to quickly meet the needs of customers
• Applying and obtain the certificates or special license regarding shipment, and keep updating on time
• Record each shipment data in efficient and accurate, save entire documents well
• Solve the problems of damaged product, including assist for negotiate with freight forwarding the compensation and handle such customer complaints and manage goods replacement or return

6. 能力要求/Competence

• 大专及以上学历，物流或者外贸专业优先
• 良好的电脑操作能力，熟练使用办公自动化，尤其是WORD、EXCEL等软件
• 2年以上医药行业物流经验，熟悉进出口业务流程与规范优先
• 良好的英语能力
• 良好的沟通、协调能力，工作仔细认真，有强烈的责任感和一定抗压、忍耐力
• 很强的学习能力

• College and above，logistic or foreign trade major is preferred
• Good at computer，familiar with Microsoft Office，especially Word，Excel
• More than two years experiences in the Pharmaceutical logistics，familiar with import and export logistics warehousing business processes and norms is preferred
• Good English skill
• Good communication skill, association ability and team spirit，strong sense of responsibility and a certain amount of pressure, endurance
