• Analyze & compare costs/benefits of alternative designs and competitors analysis to ensure competitiveness and efficiency. 比较和分析不同竞争工艺和产品，确保竞争力和优势

l Negotiation of technical agreement with customer and contractors 与业主和总包进行技术协议谈判

• Participation in bid preparation and technical support to sales team

• Prepare technical proposal, drawings during the preliminary design and bidding stage.

l Responsible to understand, visit the customer and collect all relevant technical data and specifications to propose a suitable solution for treatment project. 拜访客户并了解客户需求和相关参数，针对性的提供适合的解决方案

l In case of contract award, hold and participate in tender kick-off meeting with sales team, project execution team and , engineering design team 项目中标后召集相关销售，项目执行及工程设计部门召开项目启动会进行项目交接

l Communication on products and applications with overseas and local manufacturers and suppliers.

l Participation in professional exhibition forums and technical seminars/workshops with Design Institutes, Contractors, Distributors and End User Customers.

Part 2. Describe the Person

• Education: Bachelor/Master Degree in Environment Engineering or Water Supply & Drainage is preferred. 环境工程及给排水专业本科/硕士毕业

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Water &Wastewater Treatment business area

  至少5年水处理行业工作经验

• Willing to meet Challenge and solve problem independently under pressure 愿意接受挑战和压力，并能独立地解决问题

• Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Auto CAD. 熟练使用Auto CAD，Office

• Good communications and presentation skills and good team player

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 良好的英文口语及书面能力

• Available to travel in China and abroad 能接受国内及海外出差
