Responsibility

1. Lead multi – disciplined Project Teams cross couple delivery centers to ensure product development on track, launch products flawlessly & to meet or exceed all customers’ and ECARX internal program requirements

2. Communicate program status internally & externally, develop action plans to resolve program problems / roadblocks and drive the Program / project Team to meet scorecard targets

3. Responsible for successful execution of a project or platform development by working the project scope, budget, delivery, enterprise timing, and risk management.

4. Ensure all aspects of the ECARX PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM are completed and documented in accordance to procedures.

5. Manage ODM performance and drive development progress, work with SQE and purchasing to review ODM scorecard on monthly basis and take actions for improvement, including co-location working, etc., host regular ODM meeting on behalf of ECARX.

6. Collaborate with Delivery Center, Product Line in task prioritization, resource allocation, customer strategy handling, etc.

7. Lead (with Account Manager) customer relationship management for the project. Manage customer communication, meeting, coordination, act as the primary customer contact for program product development activity and issue resolution within the enterprise.

8. Manage enterprise wide value stream with the extended/support team.

Provide feedback to program / project team members and Competency leaders regarding team members performance

Required Qualification

1、Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering…etc)

2、With 8 or more years’ experience with electronic products, and business systems.

3、Understanding of project management knowledge areas & skills

4、Technical capability

5、PMP certification

6、Basic Financial knowledge

7、Knowledge in infotainment or cockpit and product launch

8、Fluent in English
