1. 全面负责包装车间的管理工作，严格执行6S，确保生产安全，不断优化现场管理，追求卓越制造；
2. 认真贯彻公司的质量方针，按ISO9001的要求持续改善生产系统和流程，不断提高产品质量；
3. 严格执行生产计划指令, 合理均衡地安排本车间的生产，充分调动人、设备、物料、方法与环境等生产要素，完成和超额完成生产计划和各项考核指标；
4. 确保生产数据录入的及时性和准确性，编写相关报表，分析、检讨质量、效率、损耗、安全及人员利用方面的问题，力求降低成本，提高效益；
5. 组织本部门人员的培训，不断提高员工素质和操作技能；
6. 建立和更新本部门生产信息系统，协调解决生产过程中的技术问题，消化和应用新技术；
7. 协调好本部门与公司其他部门之间的工作关系。

1. 大专及以上学历，从事包装工作5年以上经验，熟悉印刷工艺；
2. 熟悉包装加工的工艺流程和质量标准，具备高度的产品质量意识；
3. 负责车间的管理制度建设与管理、5S管理、生产设备及安全管理、部门行政管理等工作；
4. 负责生产线的产能分析，确保生产计划的合理性、跟踪生产情况、产品需求、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标；
5. 及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理建议；
6. 具备较强的学习能力，沟通能力和管理能力，有较强的分析能力、应变能力和决策能力。
