高级工艺工程师/Sr. PE—医疗器械行业

工作职责：

1、参与医疗器械产品或部件的工艺技术开发、改善及验证；

2、参与工装开发、性能测试和评价等；

3、按照质量体系要求，完成相关产品工艺文件编写；

4、负责协同研发部、质量部对新研发产品的转产，车间新产品的产线试制和建立；

5、 负责生产员工培训和管理，全面完善和主持生产sop的管理和监督，保证产品质量，改进生产工艺，控制生产成本，提高生产效率；

6、 按计划组织生产，对与生产和工艺有关的问题提供解决方法，及时妥善处理生产现场出现的质量、技术问题；

7、对生产异常快速做出反应，发现问题快速追踪，并提出合理建议和解决思路。

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，自动化、机械工程、高分子材料或相关生产管理专业；

2. 责任心强，积极主动，学习力强，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力；

3. 熟悉医疗器械GMP相关法律法规，熟悉产品生产工艺、设备、流程的管理要求；

4. 熟悉生产制造的部门运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理，精通生产制造的各个环节。
