1. GENERAL SUMMARY:
Manage a complex set of relationships (forecasts, backlog, shipment budgets, inventory strategies, factory loading, lead time etc.) to ensure the master schedules support on-time-delivery, proper production levels, business unit objectives, customer expectations, shipment budgets, and minimum inventory.

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Serve as a major contact window to global customers for the company and daily interface with customers for order fulfillment
b) Receive orders from customers worldwide, timely and accurately book into system to create sale order and purchase requisition, to ensure 100% OTD to all customers
c) Check and confirm all order issues with customers, reply to customer's inquiry
d) Based on customer open order to update PSI weekly and communicate to purchasing dept
e) Arrange weekly production according to order request date, production capacity and material readiness
f) Work with production dept and material dept for abnormal issue to ensure on time delivery of customer order
g) Prepare shipping notice to related teams according to the customer request date, execute delivery plan by prompt shipments to the customers
h) Implement PSI with all customers by regular conference. Collect factor-based issues and information from purchasing, production, quality etc, invite them to the conference as necessary. Weekly update open order report with facts + delivery plan to related customers.
i) Collect and compile data, prepare reports and maintain records of sales and planning functions
j) Contact with customer to update forecast timely
k) Maintain item attributes in Oracle and Access timely and correctly
l) Perform other duties as assigned

3. REQUIREMENTS:
a) Bachelors degree in business and 2-3 years related experience in planning or purchasing, or equivalent combination of education and experience
b) In-depth knowledge and demonstrated abilities of understanding production capacity, material supply, inventory and customer demand
c) To be able to communicate and coordinate other dept functions people to make proper PSI for meeting customer requirement and feedback any abnormal issue to top management
d) To be responsible, proactively, and team work spirit
e) Be familiar with Oracle and Access system
f) Be familiar with word, excel and other MS office software
g) Good English skill is needed

4. MEASUREMENT:
a) Level loading for weekly production plan
b) On time delivery of customer order
c) Minimize finish good inventory consistent with PD/KPI.
d) Reply to customer's enquiry timely
