Responsibilities：

-Responsible to keep increasing service diversity in China including but not limited to import clearance, warehousing, distribution etc.

-Responsible to be profitable in terms of volume and GM

-Ensure service excellence for customer satisfaction

-Coordinate with company business development to keep expanding services.

-Collecting marketing information, providing constructive solutions, assist to establish brand and product competitiveness

-Closely follow up all sales leads (from EHOs or from sales) to convert into business

-Design sales plan and arrange visiting/meeting schedule to achieve sales targets and budgets.

-Implement sales and pricing KPI to meet business objectives

-Update SVR and quotes into SFDC in timely manner

-Establish good relationship with all customers and ensure customer satisfaction

-Review tender, prepare proposal with all customers

-Monitor A/R, chase overdue payment and collect debt

-Other tasks assigned by the manager

 

Requirements：

- At least 3 years related working experience in MNC’s

-Diligent, team-work, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and solve problems

-Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

-CET 4 or above

-Bachelor degree
