Role & responsibilities:

Take the responsibilities of Purchasing/Material Controlling, SCM Controlling, etc. Lead the material and SCM controlling activities of the ambitious and aggressive growth strategy for Inalfa China in alignment with Headquarter strategic plans.

• Work with Purchasing and other functions to improve the competitiveness of products on material cost as a general task and target.

• Lead material cost budget and forecast, track actual material cost for main projects and deviation analysis to ensure actual purchase prices are in line with budget/target, provide transparency on purchasing performance KPI, for example PPV, etc.

• Work with VAVE and Purchasing to push VAVE activities are implemented according to management expectation, and provide necessary transparency on this regard.

• Continually identify areas for potential financial improvement. Take initiative to start, lead and execute improvement projects, but always with focus on output and relevance for our business.

• Together with SCM department, build SCM annual budget/FCST and analyze month-end SCM costs. Push and support SCM achieve improvement and ensure SCM cost are in competitive level .

• Demonstrate ownership and responsibility for developing value adding support and analysis.

• Ensure full integrity of the financial information reported

• Uses forecasting and trend analysis data to guide initiatives

• Other workload linked with business improvment

Experience & skills required:

• Bachelor or Master degree holder in Finance or any related disciplines

• Strong background in finance, corporate governance and business development

• Experienced finance professional in a high tech/industrial company with real understanding of sales–engineering–industrialization–operations functions; preferably in a global operating company linked to an oversees headquarter

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations as well as connecting people

• Knowledge of a major ERP system is a preferred.

• Excellent English skills (written and verbally)

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Powerpoint.
