As an E-commerce Designer Lead, you will join our international creative team. You will be responsible for leading the E-commerce Design team with art direction and graphic design support from concept creative to final artwork. You will support graphic design projects for our high-level clients from lifestyle, mommybaby, fashion retail, beauty and other fields.

Responsibilities / 岗位职责：

?       Design and produce concepts and artwork for both offline and online platforms, but with a focus on digital and e-commerce / 设计和制作线上和线下的传媒物料，主要重点平台为数字和电子商务

?       Able to follow client’s brief to design various styles that correspond to different brands / 根据客户的需求设计各种符合品牌风格的作品

?       Monitor and manage assigned design projects through all phases of production / 掌控分配到的设计项目的进度和工程

?       Collaborate with cross-function team to take our services to the next level / 与跨团队协作，将我们的服务提升到新的水平

Minimum qualifications / 基本任职要求:

?       Diploma or above in Graphic Design / Multimedia / Web Design or related discipline / 拥有平面设计/多媒体/网页设计或相关学科的专业文凭

?       > 3 years working experience in integrated ecommerce campaign online/offline design / 3年以上电子商务全渠道活动设计的工作经验

?       Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and CC / 精通Photoshop，Illustrator，In Design和CC

?       Efficient, able to work under pressure / 高效，能够在压力下工作

?       Creative, Good communication & interpersonal skills / 创造性，良好的沟通和人际交往能力

?       English language proficiency /具备一定的英语语言能力

Preferred qualifications / 优先考虑的资质：

?       Flexible design style; able to manipulate a design to suit a variety of platforms with sound international exposure / 灵活的设计风格; 能够操纵设计以适应具有良好国际曝光的各种平台

?       Brand design experience / 品牌设计经验

?       Experience in other form of design, such as video-editing, photography, 3D rendering…etc/ 其他设计专业经验；包含视频剪辑、视频拍摄、摄影、3D渲染等等

?       Strategic vision and lateral thinking / 战略愿景和横向思维
