SUMMARY
Logistician with sound operational experience, covering international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing and domestic distribution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

§ Partner global and regional teams to manage operations and fulfilment of Invisalign and iTero products & auxiliary materials to meet customers’ demand

§ Oversee forecast and coordinate with supply sources for timely replenishment of Invisalign and iTero products & auxiliary materials

§ Perform orders transactions such as data entry and Netsuite system processing

§ Manage international shipping enquiries and track shipments for Invisalign and iTero products & auxiliary materials

§ Conduct first level investigations for shipping complaints for Invisalign and iTero products & auxiliary materials

§ Provide administrative support to ensure that all shipping complaints and distribution related feedbacks are addressed with systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions (CAPA) Plan

§ Enforce strong inventory control and distribution management

§ Coordinate and manage quarterly stock-take reporting

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

§ Diploma in Business Management, Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience

§ 1-2 years of experience in the logistics industry or in a similar role managing logistics service providers

§ Comfortable with complex problem solving and analysis using statistical methods

§ Knowledge of ERP systems is essential (SAP and/or Netsuite experience is a definite advantage)

§ Critical thinking, analytical, pro-active and willing-to-learn attitude
