POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is primarily responsible for communicating with Governments, Academic Institutes, Corporates, ARCPs and Elite Clubs, expanding and establishing new business relationship and collaboration, providing support and information to their leaders and those involved. Will also communicate with these business partners, maintaining relationships, providing business guidance and resource support, organizing seminars, salons and other communication activities, and work together with the teams to achieve departmental goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and maintain relationship with top-level enterprises, organize and implement seminars, salons and other communication activities related to management accounting.

· Work together with the team to expand and establish strategic cooperation with partners, including but not limited to governments, academic institutes, associations, and implement projects.

· Be responsible for daily communication with course providers and other related parties, timely processing their requests and needs, leverage resources to support the work.

· Update and maintain the information with Elite Clubs and other related parties, maintain smooth communication with Elite Clubs.

· Participate in making plans for recruiting lectures and organize lecturers’ training events. Responsible for updating and maintaining lecturers’ database; collecting feedback and needs of lecturers in a timely manner; assistant in organized trainers’ experience activities.

· Maintain daily communication with business relations, leverage resources support the work needs of other departments.

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:

There are no supervisory requirements with this position.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's Degree or above and at least 5 years work experience as business development or sales  role at a professional level in MNC.

· Fluent in both Mandarin and English, both in speech and writing.

· Proficiency in MS Office 365, strong word processing and database skills.

· Proactive, result-driven, independent, and self-motivated with strong customer service mindset

· Well organized and able to multitask.

· Basic understanding of management accounting or finance.

· Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
