Key areas of Responsibility (what you are responsible for)

1. Understanding of the manufacturing industry and with significant experience working in an SAP ERP working context. Provide business and SAP process expertise.

2. Assess business requirements, identified improvements opportunities, discuss solutions with SAP local suppliers and global team. Manage users expectations

3. Establish proposed solutions or work around to address business requirements. Coordinate SAP related process implementation, optimization with SAP consultant and business department.

4. Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with and proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member identifying and addressing customer needs with a focus on process and technology changes on Production planning, logistics, warehouse and finance functions

5. Developing potential IT projects from concept through delivery, ability to translate idea and concepts into business. Manage on local SAP suppliers on time delivery with quality

6. Coordinate for Global wised project roll out in Beijing Plant

7. 30% of support role: SAP level 3 support for Beijing plant on urgent and high impact issues. Transit users to utilize standard SAP Support process; Manage ticket status and satisfaction.

Major: Major in computer science, IT, ERP or Business-IT disciplines is preferred

Working experiences:

1. 4-8 years working experience in SAP functional consulting and/or at least 5 years in a level 2 supporting role in SAP;

2. At least 2-3 SAP full cycle implementation project experiences;

3. Experience on managing new requirements and improvements;

4. Experience in working with mixed teams including offshore resources, global teams in different time zones.

Management experiences: Experience on IT vendors relationship management is a plus

System and Software requirements:

1. Strong SAP experience esp. on Logistics Module PP / *** / WM. Knowledge on FICO / SD / QM is a plus. Well known on the process and integrations. Any SAP PA certificate is preferred.

2. Expert in configuration. Can do customizing to SAP standards independently.

3. Good knowledge on Enhancements (including user exists / BADIs), Interfaces (including IDOC / BAPIs / API / RFC and etc), Smartforms, Report and Data Conversion (e.g. LSMW). Knowledge on workflow is a plus. Can write FS independently.

4. Experience on SAP Solution Manager of transport management is a plus.

Other qualifications: Can attend meetings / working extra if needed at nights. Flexible and can work under pressure.
