Responsible for support and development of technical methods hard-software concerning geometrical tool within the geometry function.
? On local base and special needs, Offline programming in DMIS, inclusive editing and updating in running production and support project.
? Responsible and owner of all in running production used measuring programs.
? Responsible for all CMM (coordinate measuring machine) (hard-software) concerning performance, function, calibration and certification.
? Responsible of all the measuring equipment (riggs etc.) concerning specification and implementation.
? Responsible for running support of plant:
- Cmm software (i.e. LK Camio, Metrologic, Perceptron , LMI, Workcell etc).
- Offline programming.
- Automatic product verification (automation software).
- Measuring methods and measure equipment.
? Specialist competence and responsible for support second line analysis concerning measuring machines/software.
? Support of the GE’s and other geometry related disciplines throughout the assigned factory area.
? Secure measuring basic data / measuring programs are up to date, CO’s, project etc. and backup systems.
? On local base, Create / Update routines in statistical SW CM4D. Local support and system responsible.
? Site responsible and representative in central user group measuring technique, be a part of development of new technique and methods
? IT responsible within geometry engineering on site
? Responsible for working methods, routines and performance
? Educate measuring room people in geometric and technical disciplines
? Responsible for maintenance of factory geo process equipment
? Responsible for technical specification (together with user group) and implementation of new measuring equipment in plants
? Support other plants if needed

任职要求：
? University degree or equivalent work experience
? Extensive work experience in operational geometry assurance within production or measuring technique, preferably within automotive
? Leadership skills in developing techniques and methodologies
? Knowledge about body and exterior components and assembly processes
? Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
? Experience or ability to assimilate ideas and adapt these to your own operations
? Analytical thinking with an ability to structure and prioritize
? Team player
? Knowledge about statistics
