Work you'll do

• Comprehend technology development lifecycle and advise client accordingly

Your Role as a Data Governance Senior Consultant / Manager:

• 负责或领导数据治理解决方案建设及方案规划，包括数据治理体系、数据标准、元数据、数据质量、数据架构

• Lead or responsible for planning and designing of data governance solution which includes data governance scheme, data standardization, meta data, data quality, data architecture;

• 负责或领导数据治理类方案的市场销售

• Lead or responsible for business development and marketing of data governance solution;

• 负责或领导数据治理体系咨询服务

• Lead or responsible for data governance consulting service

• 负责或领导企业级数据标准、数据质量方案咨询服务

• Lead or responsible for data standardization data quality solution service

• 负责或领导元数据解决方案咨询服务

• Lead or responsible for consulting service of meta data solution

• 负责或领导主数据、数据架构类解决方案咨询服务

• Lead or responsible for consulting service of master data and data architecture solution;

• Lead or responsible for delivery service and consulting of data management tool and platform as well as

i. 工作年限： 5年以上工作经验

Work experience: over 5 years related experience

ii. 项目经验：至少2个以上金融相关业务系统或者数据治理类项目经验

Project experience: at least participated in 2 projects of system construction of data governance in FSI industry

iii. 管理能力：项目经理或项目小组组长经验者优先

Leadership capability: previous role as project manager or team leader is a plus

iv. 专业技能：

v. Professional capability:

a. 精通或者熟练掌握银行业务，熟练掌握相关业务概念

Good command of business knowledge of banking or insurance industry

b. 了解数据治理相关方法和知识，了解数据质量管理、元数据管理、数据标准管理、主数据管理等方法

Master DG related methods or knowledge、data quality management、meta data management、data standardization management and master data management;

c. 了解金融行业数据模型和数据架构，掌握金融行业客户、产品等数据主题内容

Familiar with banking industry's data model and architecture, good command of customer and product data subject in financial industry.
