?       Define, run and optimize change management process and project management methodology

?       Analyze, plan and optimize business and IT capacities

?       Ensure optimal design of business solutions and business architecture development

?       Provide professional project management service ensuring business effects, scope, time, budget, risks are well-managed and achieved

?       Gather business requirements and work with various business functions to translate these into project deliverables.

?       Identify dependencies and make sure all project risks are being tracked.

?       Facilitates business case creation, approval and tracking.

任职资格

?       Excellent 8+ years’ experience in leading business transformations, project management, Agile transformation

?       Experience with digital and OMNI channel transformation

?       Strategic thinker, strong stakeholders’ management, experience with preparation and execution of business strategy

?       Strong structure and analytical skills, data-driven

?       Preferred to have strong IT/tech skills and E-commerce / Digital business background

?       Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

?       University degree (preferred in Business or Engineering) ,excellent command of English

?       Excellent understanding of consumer finance and fintech
