工作职责:

1、具备优秀的MICE行业背景，带领团队执行公司战略决策，拓展会展客户业务；

2、带领团队，为企业客户提供专业化奖励旅游、会议、活动、商务考察等相关服务，维护客户关系，提高客户满意度，落实公司各项规章制度，规避业务操作中各项风险；

3、指导员工提升业务技能及职业素养，实施员工管理与发展，提高团队凝聚力；

4、拥有客户资源者优先，如IT、金融、汽车行业。

任职资格:

1、7年以上MICE从业经验，具备优秀的旅游从业知识、谈判技能及操作技能；

2、具备优秀的职业道德和素养，能承担较大的工作压力；

3、有良好的供应商资源，具有把控资源、预防风险的能力；

4、英语六级以上水平，具备良好的听、说、读、写能力；

5、具有良好的沟通与销售技巧；

7、10人团队管理经验。
