Internal Job Title: Regional Customer Service
Global Job Title: Customer Service
SUMMARY:
The Regional Customer Service role is operational owner of regional service delivery towards to our key
customers, mainly responsible for:
1. Maintaining the good operational relationship with our customers and owns the execution while
serving these customers;
2. Conducting periodic reviews with customers and become an ‘operational Excellence’ ambassador
and encourage operational staff to apply best practice; providing the oversight of the operational performance and guidance on improvement.
3. Supporting the business development strategies/ activities in respective Global Account Team
and customers in accordance with the group business strategy as well as local business
environment to deliver maximum profit, optimize business assets and provide support to Global
Account Team for the entire selling cycle and process
Services Delivery and Customer satisfaction:
? Develop and maintain client specific Standard Operating Procedures in coordination with Key
Account Management
? Measures and monitors all internal and external KPI elements to ensure client satisfaction and
internal compliance
? Evaluate, monitor and seek operational optimization in coordination with Key Account
Management and Product Team
? Designs, develops and manages reports or analytics that enable efficient and effective
operational execution and customer visibility.
? Support operational staff when complex situations arise, or external client escalations occur
? Maintain a good relationship with all the external counterparts happens to be in contact
? Proposal or presentation materials preparation for customer visit or service review
? Assist Regional KAM team to follow up on cross trade business, 3rd party billing invoices, customer profile, housekeeping and prepare necessary internal document in accordance to ISO
requirements
? Solicit rate from Operations Department or overseas office
? Prepare and follow up on quotations Attendance of QBR′s or other important meetings as the operational lead
? Assist in monitoring the contract rates
? Responsible for the agreed business development targets allocated by functional superior
? Forecast management

QUALIFICATIONS:
? English language ability (both written and spoken) , required CET 4
? Good at Excel and PPT
? Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork player
? Customer service mind set
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
? College degree or above
? At least 5 years of working experience in similar position at Foreign forwarding companies
