Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure all Computer are secure, patches deployment comply with security requirement

- Deliver an excellent and high-quality End User Support function while defining areas for improvements

- Documentations for helpdesk technical document and management reports

- 1st level support for problems related to IT helpdesk

- User account and access right administration          

- Meet published in supporting business

- Work with external vendors and service providers to make sure the service provided according

- Provision of 7*24 standby support on a rotation basis

Job Requirements:

- Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

- 3+ years experience with helpdesk support, 2+ years experience with MS Windows Active Directory environment

- Knowledge of TCP/IP & Network fundamentals.

- Familiar with MS products including MS SQL server, Share Point and Etc.

- Knowledge of PABX system, EMC SAN and Dell Blade will be advantages.

- Experience in monitoring and escalation issues in a 7*24 running environment. 

- Familiar with multicultural environment

- Structured and Systematic, Professional and disciplined approach to problem solving

- Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks

- Strong documentation skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with It team, end users and vendors.

- Customer-service thinking.
