Your Mission

As a Product Marketing Manager/Director at Xpeedic, you will play a central role in the success of our EDA products. You will partner with product development and AE teams to deliver our product to market and ensure the success of our business with target customers. You will partner with the broader Marketing and Sales teams to drive growth by delivering clear value propositions, positioning, and messaging for engineers.

Responsibilities

·       End-to-end product marketing, including messaging & positioning in China and US

·       Partner with product development team and lead new product release campaign at least once a year

·       Internal product training to interpret the technical capabilities of our products for marketing and sales teams and translate that into selling language

·       Coordinate product seminars or workshops to inform product roadmaps, positioning, marketing strategy, and execution for target customers

·       Develop and present various product marketing materials for marketing and sales team to execute go to marketing plan

 

 

Competencies

·       A passion and enthusiasm for new technologies, like 5G, IoT, AI, etc..

·       Deep understanding of semiconductor industry, from Chip, package to system

·       Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to different types of audiences (internal/external), and have a proven record of influencing and leading a variety of stakeholders

·       A strong customer focus and the ability to identify different customer and market segments

·       Ability to understand the problems of target customers and translate them into actionable insights

·       Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

Experience Required

·       Minimum 5 years’ experience in product marketing with a background in EDA or System industry  - better have some experience in signal integrity

·       Experience developing value propositions, positioning, and communications for product launches.

·       Experience in writing technical documents or blogs

·       EE background

The Following Competencies/experience Would Be Advantageous

·       Working experience in Cadence/ Ansys/ Keysight
