The Role:

The Ad Insights Team is responsible for providing insightful knowledge and information for the GMS sales and accounts team.Therefore, the role requires a blend of technical, business and communication skills; in particular, statistical concepts and their commercial application, as well as strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide regular KPI and monthly reporting to account managers and sales planners.

2. Timely response to ad hoc reports from account managers and sales planners.

3. Continuously providing insights that will help the business grow.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Sound knowledge in marketing/digital media would be advantageous but is not essential.

2. Competent in English, in listening, reading, and writing are essential.

3. Highly effective and logical communication style to present findings and articulate insights from data.

4. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail.

5. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

6. Passion for the online environment and digital technology.
