1、使用Microsoft project编制项目主体计划，包含重大项目节点及所有工程建设活动。Use Microsoft project to create master plan , make sure all project activities and milestone listed in the project master time plan;
2、整合厂房和公用动力施工计划以及工艺设备安装计划，形成项目整体计划并定期更新状态。Integrate B+U time plan and M+E time plan to create project master time plan and update status regularly;
3、持续跟踪并维护项目主体计划。Regularly maintain project master time plan;
4、根据项目实际进展，每日回顾既定计划并予以反馈。Daily review master time plan according to actual progress and feedback to project management team;
5、牵头对项目滞后工作进行分析，推动制定追赶计划并持续跟踪。Organize the delay analysis to work out the catch up plan and countermeasures;
6、编制项目进度报告。Make project status weekly report;
7、负责牵头编制各系统设备预检修计划并进行跟踪维护, 并保证人力物力等资源的最优配置和规划。 Take lead of PM plan to make sure all equipment and utilities well maintained, and make sure the plan with optimal resource and time setting.
8、负责设备运行维护工单管理及优化。Equipment operation and maintenance work order management and optimization;
9、负责设备维修流程的优化 Lead the continuous improvement for the maintenance procedures.

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历， 工科专业。Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering background
2、10年或以上类似工作经验。At least 10 years work experience in related field ;
3、3年或以上整车制造工厂相关工作经验优先。At least 3 years work experience in automobile project will be preferable;
4、熟练运用MS Office软件。Be familiar with Microsoft office ;
5、熟悉土建和机电安装相关知识,并熟悉项目管理。Knowledge in civil and MEP installation and project management;
6、熟悉主机厂设备，有维修计划管理经验更佳 Knowledge of equipment of auto OEM, preferred to have maintenance management experience.
7、良好的汇报和沟通能力。Good report and communication skill
8、良好的英语读写能力，具备良好的口语能力更佳。English Writing and Reading must be required, English oral will be preferable
