1、收集工厂电气系统及自动化系统的要求并输出，并跟进工厂暖通系统的设计工作。Collect all plant electrical and automation system requirement and output to design team, keep following the design status, review the design and feedback;
2、对施工和安装过程进行计划编制和跟踪，建立问题清单并推动整改，确保安装进度和质量。Prepare SNAG or Punch list to follow up system installation quality;
3、收集系统设备相关资料。Collect electricity/automation system equipment all related documents ;
4、调试、验收、交接过程管理。CAH process ( Commissioning, Acceptance, Handover) ;
5、建立并实施工厂电气/自动化系统的预防性及预测性维护计划（API-Pro）。Set up plant electricity system preventive and predictive maintenance plan and monitor the implementation ;
6、建立电气/自动化维护和维修流程及作业指导书，并提供技术支持。Work out maintenance instruction and SOP;
7、组织对现场班组的电气相关培训。Organize site team technical training;
8、负责工厂电气相关的持续改进工作。Take lead the electrical related CIP project;
9、目视化管理。Visual management and preparation;
10、现场团队安全和5S管理。Site team safety management and 5S;
11、应急响应支持。Support to emergency response ;
12、电气系统相关备件管理及优化。Spare part management and optimization;
13、主导电气系统节能降耗工作。Lead the energy saving program of utility system

任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历，电气工程或自动化专业。Bachelor degree or above, major in Electricity engineering or Automation;
2、注册电气工程师优先。 Certified engineer will be preferable;
3、10年或以上电气系统设计、施工或维护工作经验。At least 10 years work experience in electrical field ;
4、3年或以上整车制造工厂相关工作经验优先。At least 3 years work experience in automobile project of electrical system will be preferable;
5、熟悉高低压配电系统和自动化系统的标准、设计、安装和维护。Be familiar with HV/LV ，automation system standard、design and installation、maintenance;
6、良好的CAD读图和绘图能力。 Good CAD reading and drawing ability;
