1、收集工厂暖通要求并输出，并跟进工厂暖通系统的设计工作。Collect all plant HVAC requirement and output to design team, keep following the HVAC system design;
2、对施工和安装过程进行计划编制和跟踪，建立问题清单并推动整改，确保安装进度和质量。Prepare SNAG or Punch list to follow up related system installation quality;
3、收集系统设备相关资料。Collect HVAC system equipment all related documents ;
4、调试、验收和交接过程管理。CAH process ( commissioning, Acceptance, Handover) ;
5、建立并实施工厂HVAC系统的预防性及预测性维护计划（API-Pro）。Set up HVAC system preventive and predictive maintenance plan and monitoring the implementation ;
6、建立HVAC系统维护和维修流程及作业指导书，并提供技术支持。Create and update the maintenance instruction and SOP;
7、组织对现场班组的暖通系统相关培训。Organize the technical training to maintenance technicians;
8、负责工厂暖通系统相关持续改进工作。Take lead of HVAC related CIP project;
9、目视化管理。Visual management and preparation ;
10、现场团队安全和5S管理。Site team safety management and 5S;
11、应急响应支持。Support to emergency response ;
12、HVAC系统备件管理及优化。Spare part management and optimization ;
13、主导HVAC系统节能降耗工作。Lead the energy saving program of HVAC system;

任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历，暖通、机械或自动化相关专业。Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC，Mechanical engineering or Automation;
2、注册暖通工程师优先。Certified engineer preferable
3、10年或以上相关工作经验。At least 10 years work experience in utilities project field ;
4、3年或以上整车制造工厂相关工作经验优先。At least 3 years work experience in automobile project of HVAC system will be preferable;
5、熟悉暖通系统的标准、设计、安装和维护。Be familiar with HVAC system standard、design and installation、maintenance ;
6、熟悉HVAC系统PLC编程。 Be familiar with PLC programme in HVAC system;
7、良好的CAD读图和绘图能力。 Good CAD reading and drawing ability;
8、良好的汇报和沟通能力，目标导向。Good report and communication skill, target awareness ;
