工作职责:

1、负责所管辖区域加盟商的门店管理、人员培训等，帮助业绩达成，给经销商赋能；

2、建立门店标准化的运营管理体系并监督落实；

3、不断优化门店的空间规划和陈列规划；

4、负责加盟体系人才梯队的搭建，招聘、培训、考核、上岗的标准化流程；

5、负责区域报表管理及绩效考核等相关工作，包括日常管理、信息更新及各项报表等）；

任职资格:

任职要求：

1、 具备三年以上家居、卫浴知名品牌相关工作经验；

2、了解家具行业特点，熟悉家具、建材常识；

3、具有较强的沟通、协调、组织和推进能力，责任心强；

4、具备良好的通用管理能力（知人善任、教练辅导、战略决策、沟通协调、学习创新、解决问题、成本控制）。
