Job Description & Main Task

1. 与新客户建立良好的人际关系。能带领团队完成大型比稿，对客户品牌及行业市场有深入的洞察，同时兼具营销方案的核心策划的制定与监督；

2. 负责多个重要客户的长期管理，日常沟通，传播效果监控，能够对客户进行全面的整合，传播性思考，并重点针对互联网部分的传播策略提出见解；

3. 严格控制项目的流程，有效把控客户的反馈意见，能够给予团队成员在项目执行过程中，遇到的问题，善于把握机会和危机公关；

4. 主动协调部门之间项目合作创意、客户部门间的合作，并经常进行沟通和修正提案，具备良好的影响力；

1. Establish good relationships with new clients; be able to lead the team to complete large scale pitch, have in-depth insight into the brand and market, and develop and supervise the core planning of the marketing plan;

3. Strictly manage the project's process, effectively control the client's feedback, give the team members the problems encountered during the project execution, and be good at grasping opportunities and crisis public relations;

4. Actively coordinate the project cooperation between departments, organize strategic, creative, and customer cooperation departments, and frequently communicate and correct proposals, with good influence;

Qualification & Experience

1. 5年及以上数字营销广告执行及团队管理经验，有服务世界500强大客户经验者优先；

2. 英语语言沟通流畅，书面翻译能力上佳；

3. 具备优秀的沟通协调、需求分析及抗压能力；

4. 对于数字营销高度敏感，熟悉数字化媒介，社交媒体传播推广以及社交互动的执行逻辑和流程

5. 具有团队领导力与凝聚力，拥有提升团队能力的专业度；拥有商业思维，善于从不同角度挖掘品牌的机会点；有极强的责任心，以及抗压能力，能够***时间成为问题的解决者。

1. 5 years and above in digital marketing advertising execution and team management experience, with experience in serving the world's Top 500 companies is preferred;

2. English language communication is smooth and written translation skills are excellent;

3. Excellent communication and coordination, demand analysis and resistance to stress;

4. Highly sensitive to digital marketing, familiar with digital media, social media communication and social interaction execution, and integrated marketing Campaign experience;

5. With team leadership and cohesiveness, professionalism to improve team skills; business thinking, good at exploiting brand opportunities from different angles; strong sense of responsibility, and ability to withstand stress, can be the problem solver in the first time.
