• Track market intelligence/competitive dynamics of different products/industries, relevant trends, ST share projections in China etc. for developing China Specific Sales growth strategy.
• Monitor & report business progress incl. revenue progress, pipeline building, backlog mgmt. & account plan for the business management function.
• Facilitate implementation of new initiatives/tools/systems to drive high level of operational efficiency.
• Communicate with various functions from sales, marketing, operation, Finances, HRs, facilities etc. as per the need for the objectives outlined above.
• Proactively recommend ideas for organizational synergies etc. to improve overall business mgmt. &  strategy execution.
  

  

Candidate Profile:

  

• Bachelor/master degree of business/engineering.
• Understanding and insights of semiconductor products/solutions and relevant business approaches.
• Good in strategic thinking & business acumen along-with understanding of key account mgmt. & channel ecosystem.
• Excellent communication skills with pro-active working style.
• Insightful organizational awareness to drive cross teams synergies.
