工作内容：

  

  1. 负责智慧城市研发项目的规划、控制、监督和管理等工作，与Java开发团队密切配合，结合需求和项目里程碑，制定版本迭代计划和WBS，协调项目资源，保障计划的落实

  2. 把控研发效率和质量，跟进项目SIT\UAT上线进展，及时回收和反馈问题，组织开发团队进行问题分析和解决 

  3. 负责项目进展、问题和风险的汇报，组织站会、周会、计划/回顾会，发布项目研发周报

  4. 视项目组需求，组织跨部门协调和沟通，以管理项目上下游依赖项

  5. 负责维护和优化研发流程、规范， 督查其在项目中执行，对流程优化给出持续优化建议 

  

  岗位要求：

  1. 全日制本科学历（二本及以上），计算机、信息系统相关专业优先

  2.3年以上软件开发项目管理工作经验，有Java开发项目管理经验有限

  3.熟悉敏捷开发流程，熟悉相关项目管理工具，如Jira、MS  Project等

  4.优秀的沟通表达能力、执行力、组织能力和逻辑思维能力，做事积极主动，有责任心；有良好的团队合作意识，精益求精，抗压能力强，有意愿承担有挑战性的工作

  5. 熟悉PMI的项目管理知识体系，有PMP 资格证书优先
