1、收集工厂公用动力系统相关要求并输出（压缩空气系统、冷热水系统、自来水系统、天然气系统、冷却水系统等），跟进公用动力系统的设计工作。Collect all plant utility requirement and output to design team, keep following the utility design status, review the design and feedback;
2、对施工和安装过程进行计划编制和跟踪，建立问题清单并推动整改，确保安装进度和质量。Prepare SNAG or Punch list to follow up installation quality;
3、收集系统相关图纸和资料。Collect utilities related documents;
4、调试、验收、交接过程管理。CAH process (Commissioning, Acceptance, Handover)
5、建立并实施公用动力系统的预防性及预测性维护计划（API-Pro）。Set up plant utilities preventive and predictive maintenance plan and monitoring the implementation;
6、建立公用动力系统维护和维修流程及作业指导书，并提供技术支持。Work out maintenance instruction and SOP;
7、组织对现场班组的相关培训。Organize technical training to maintenance technician;
8、负责工厂公用动力系统的持续改进工作。Take lead the utilities related CIP project;
9、目视化管理。Visual management and preparation;
10、现场团队安全和5S管理。Site team safety management and 5S;
11、应急响应支持。Support the emergency response;
12、公用动力系统相关备件管理及优化。Spare part management and optimization;
13、主导公用动力系统节能降耗工作。Lead the energy saving program of utility system

任职要求：
1、本科或以上学历，机械或自动化相关专业。Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering or Automation;
2、注册公用设施工程师优先。Certified engineer preferable
3、10年或以上公用动力设施设计、施工或运行维护相关工作经验。At least 10 years work experience in related field ;
4、3年或以上整车制造工厂相关工作经验优先。At least 3 years work experience in automobile project will be preferable;
5、熟悉公用动力设施的标准、设计、施工和维护工作。Be familiar with utilities standard、 design and installation、maintenance;
6、良好的CAD读图和绘图能力。 Good CAD reading and drawing ability;
7、良好的汇报和沟通能力，目标导向。Good report and communication skill, target awareness ;
8、良好的英语读写能力，具备良好的口语能力更佳。English Writing and Reading must be required, English oral will be prefera
