RESPONSIBILITY:

1. To handle day-to-day documentation collection, preparation and distribution within the operation team to provide our customers with consistent and overall high level of service throughout the branch.

（负责操作文件收集、准备和发送等工作，为客户提供优质服务）

2. Input data into systems in timely and accurate manner.

（及时、准确地将数据录入系统）

3. To maintain the accuracy of documentation data in the system so as to ensure the systems are reliable for track and trace purpose internally and externally.

（确保系统中数据的准确性，以便内部和外部查询获取可靠数据）

4. Prepare documents as required.

（按要求，负责制作、整理、发送各类文件）

5. Other duties as assigned to the position.
